The suite I stayed in lacked personalization, feeling a bit dull with outdated decor that didn’t match the hotel's inviting reception area. A single pillow for a double bed didn’t cut it, and the absence of basic amenities like toiletries or even a filled mini-fridge left much to be desired. To top it off, the fourth-floor fire escape exit was locked, raising safety concerns that wouldn’t pass inspection elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay in a spacious Triple Room. The location was ideal, close to major attractions yet quiet. The restaurant offered great dining with live music. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere was charming and inviting. 🎶

We had an awesome time! The location was on point, super easy to get around on foot or subway. Breakfast was a highlight, so many tasty options! Staff were super friendly too, even let us check in early. However, the restaurant downstairs was closed, which was kinda a bummer for dinner plans.

The stay was very pleasant with a spacious suite that was quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy for our family to explore nearby attractions like Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge. Having a separate toilet room off the main bedroom was a big plus for us with kids. Although there was some noise from cleaning staff in the mornings, it did not take away from our overall positive experience.
